BTF Healthy Youth
Community based program that provides physical and educational health to positively influence the behavior and attitude of our youth.
- Physical activities including but not limited to; cardiovascular conditioning, weight training, and calisthenics.
- Deep breathing and meditation techniques.
- Daily discussions about relevant health and fitness topics including childhood obesity and diabetes.
- Live cooking demonstrations of food/snacks that are kid-friendly, yet influence healthier eating habits.
